First of all I am wishing you health, strength and moments of peace and joy during these times. We are all going through periods of re-examination and emotions that many of us have never felt so deeply before.
Matt and I are at home with our 2 girls working on a homeschool plan for the next 5 weeks with science experiments, baking activities and family dance parties. Our 6 yr old daughter Lila told us she wants to lead an exercise routine! Being with my loved ones and having lots of hugs from my husband are the things that are giving me great comfort right now.
I want to acknowledge all of you that are here planning your wedding in the time of coronavirus. Those of you that have had to cancel larger weddings this spring, New Yorkers that are choosing a smaller wedding celebration and couples from abroad and throughout the country with the dream of getting married in NYC.
For all the couples who chose Eloping is Fun for their NYC elopement or intimate wedding celebration, we want to thank you for supporting a women-owned small business, for enriching our local economy and for giving livelihoods to our team of artists, photographers, and officiants. We are so blessed to be able to support our family doing something that we truly love
Many of us are going to come out of this with financial setbacks big and small. We want to share that burden with you which is why we are offering $250 off of every package for anyone who books before May 31 (you can book up to 18 months in advance with this special discount!!) We are also instituting a very flexible rebooking policy. All couples will have up to 1 year to rebook for ANY reason. We want you to feel safe and confident that we have your back and we understand (now more than ever) that shit happens.
We appreciate all of you that are looking to love in this time of fear. Life must go on and let’s all make the best o this giant “pause” I am looking forward to refreshing my meditation practice and keeping an open heart when things get tough.
We will all get back to livin’ laughin’ and lovin’ until then be safe, be well.
Love Jenny and Matt
